    Ron’s apparent high quality/high satisfaction experience can exist in the land of veterinary medicine because it is largely a cash and carry business, where the individual paying for service is the customer (or very close anyway). This musing highlights the need for new business models in (people) health care where there is more transparency between price value and service.
